Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos showing the issue so we can evaluate the request and provide an appropriate solution.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us before sending the item back. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Please do not send returns to the address shown on the shipping package unless instructed to do so.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds
